Our Running Episode Podcast: Episode 004. In this episode of Addicted2Triathlon, we talk about Katelyn’s favorite part – the run! We talk about the different types of run training: Long Slow Run (LSR), Tempo Run, and Track Run (Intervals). We even talk about a run/walk strategy that may be useful and when to use it. We discuss Zone 2 heart rate training for building endurance and how to calculate it easily. Katelyn talks about getting the runner’s high and how you feel when you get it. We also talk about accessories that you can use to make your run more comfortable.
