Triathlon is a sport for everyone. Overweight athletes, senior athletes, and even blind athletes are all enjoying the sport of triathlon. You don’t have to do a full Ironman distance race that you may have seen on TV. You can choose the distance that suits you, from sprint to Ironman. You don’t even need fancy equipment. All you need to do is start and then keep going one day at a time.

As you exercise, you’ll get the benefits that come along with it. You’ll sleep better. You’ll lose some extra pounds while gaining some muscle. You’ll have more energy during the day. These early gains will keep you motivated to keep going.

However, sometimes you may feel tired, bored, or discouraged. That’s OK. Don’t beat yourself up. You can use that time to recover so that you can do the next one.
