I Was But The Learner, Now I Am The Master Podcast: Episode 018. In this episode of Addicted2Triathlon, we talk about how Kate has vaulted from learning to mastering Triathlon Training, leaving John in the dust!
We talk about what Kate did in the off season for training. John did nothing in the off season! This lead to us talking about last week’s 20 mile bike ride that Kate talked John into. Kate wiped out John as he couldn’t keep up with her and kept getting dropped. John was done for at the end of the ride as Kate became the Master!
We talked about our plans for racing this year and Kate announces wanting to do Galveston 70.3 in 2025. John says he would like to do Gulf States 70.3 in 2025.
