Welcome to Addicted2Triathlon! Whether you have been doing triathlons for years, or you want to do your first one and don’t know how to start, we hope to encourage you while you are on your triathlon journey.

We have seen many types of people do triathlons. Triathlon is a sport for everyone.  Overweight athletes, senior athletes, and even blind athletes are all enjoying the sport of triathlon. You don’t have to do a full Ironman distance race that you may have seen on the TV. You can choose the distance that suits you, from sprint to Ironman. You don’t even need fancy equipment. All you need to do is start, and then keep going, one day at a time.

As you exercise, you will get the benefits that come along with it. You will sleep better. You will lose some extra pound while gaining some muscle. You will have more energy during the day. These early gains will keep you motivated to keep going.

However, sometimes you may feel tired, bored, or discouraged. That is OK. Don’t beat yourself up. You can use that time to recover so that you can do the next one.

You can listen to our podcasts, read our articles, watch our videos, and ask us questions. We will share our tips, stories, and insights to keep you motivated and inspired.
